- Organizing superior education process in clinical nutrition science and technology with excellence in the field of geriatrics to produce graduates who are professional in clinical nutrition services, uphold scientific ethics and medical professional ethics
- Carry out research that contributes to the development of science and clinical nutrition services with excellence in the field of geriatrics in improving health degrees
- Organizing community service, especially the elderly through empowerment and participatory approaches
- Organizing good and quality institutional governance to ensure quality, professionalism, capability and accountability
